I accept a job only after receipt and signing a contract or PO (Purchase Order). You may either propose your own form of a Contract/PO or ask me to send you my standard Contract/PO for your job. If you are going to send your own PO, please indicate all below mentioned fields:
- Number of PO
- Date
- Name of the contractor (me)
- Type of service/-es ordered
- Language pair (if relevant)
- Delivery format / form
- Delivery address
- Delivery deadline (exact hour and time zone)
- Volume of the job (words, hours, etc.)
- Rate
- Payment terms (date, period of time)
- Payment method (PayPal, check, bank transfer, Western Union etc.)
- any comments
Your PO/Contract will be a basis for issuing an invoice upon completion of your job or a part of it. Unless you request it to be sent by REGULAR MAIL prior.

Rates table with rates for every type of services, discounts, urgency rates and other rates related information are provided on request to potential clients.
